HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
There are two ways of making an order:
· Through our website; You will be able to purchase any of our products easily, with assured security condition with your credit card and Paypal system.
· Sending an e-mail to Youngerman indicating which design - we will confirm your order by e-mail, detailing the total cost of your order as well as shipping costs. Then you will only have to make a deposit into our bank account, provided to you previously or communicate us your credit card details.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER MY ORDER OF PURCHASE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately not. All work is printed on demand. We don't not keep any stock and by doing so we are able to keep costs down. The printing is the lion's share of the total price and once the machines have started there is no way of stopping them.
WHICH ARE THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS? ARE THEY SECURE?
We have different payment possibilities, depending on how you choose to make your order:
· Credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard if you choose to use our e-shop (payment protected through TPV system).
- Paypal - links directly to their site to process payment then back to Youngerman to complete the order.
· Bank transfer if you choose to make your order by e-mail.
Both payment methods are completely secure.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are calculated on an order by order basis with destination determining the price.

£22.00 International Tracked.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
After making an order a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary considerable depending on what piece is purchased. A print on paper - allow a week for delivery. We try our best to keep the customer informed with the lead times and delivery dates.
We do not have our own logistic company; we hire a dedicated delivery service therefore we do not make ourselves responsible for any delays or complications in the delivery of your purchase.
DO WE HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?
We have a strict privacy policy and any information provided to us by our clients is secure from third parties. E-mail addresses will only be used by Youngerman to communicate news and promotions concerning any new designs.
DOES YOUNGERMAN MAKE PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS WITH MY DESIGN?
If you would like to personalize any of our products with your brand or corporative image… If you are an architect, interior designer, etc… and you wish to order a special design, please contact us.
